Fernando Giménez-Guervós, CEO of EccoFreight, has been awarded the Entrepreneurship Award during the 40th anniversary of the Spanish Maritime Institute (IME).
The award was presented to Giménez-Guervós during a gala ceremony held at the Museo del Traje in Madrid on July 4.
The IME is a renowned maritime training institute that has played a key role in the Spanish maritime industry over the past four decades.
The anniversary celebration brought together more than 300 professionals from the marine, maritime and logistics sectors, as well as current and former IME students.
An anniversary marked by recognition
The celebration of the 40th anniversary of the IME was an appropriate occasion to recognize the trajectory of outstanding professionals in the sector.
Among them, Fernando Giménez-Guervós, CEO of EccoFreight, who received the Entrepreneurship Award for his contributions to the maritime and logistics industry.
